Collected data

We use a tracker named fathom to measure audience on website. Data are aggregated and we don’t have any personal detail nor any method to find the source. By this way, we collect:

  • total number of visit by page;

  • number of unique visitors;

  • the website that targets you on our website.

You can oppose to this collect by activating the Do not track feature of your web browser.

We store the following data when you send a message via our contact form:

  • name;

  • email address;

  • subject;

  • message.

Emails you send us are stored during the legal and necessary period. They are hosted by the company IT4Freedom in a French datacenter of OVH and in a German datacenter of Hetzner.

The booking module uses services of TheFork and collected data are under their terms.

Orders you address by Uber Eats, Deliveroo and TheFork are not on the responsibility of company Atelier CALM s.r.l. Buttons on this website redirect you automatically on their respective websites.

Our point of sale software stores the following data when we emit an invoice:

  • name and firstname;

  • company status and VAT number;

  • date and time;

  • consumed dishes and drinks list;

  • payment mode;

  • and all other data needed to create the invoice and deliver the service.

Collected data for receipt do not contain name, firstname, company status and VAT number.

We can ask you other personal data for pandemic management. These data are defined by law and are destroyed after legal duration.

The establishment have surveillance cameras from Google Nest. All collected data are stored by Alphabet Inc. (Europe, USA). The treatment can include biometric data.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights about your data by using the contact form (access, modification, removal, opposition, etc.) under application of GDPR. We suggest you to start the message subject by “[DPO]”.

Atelier CALM s.r.l. collects only strictly needed data for the service. We don’t cede your data to a third party except authorities and organisms who legitimately ask for it. In this eventuality, we will do our best to disclose only what is strictly necessary for the application of the legislation in force.
